Zhivko Petkov was born on 25.08.1988 in the town of Stara Zagora. He has trained for 10 years as the last six is a personal trainer. In 2013, he was the first classic bodybuilding race to 175 cm, where he became a Republican vice-champion.
In 2014 at the Plovdiv Cup tournament in Bulgaria, Zhivko Petkov won a gold medal in the classical bodybuilding category of 175 cm. With his success, Petkov got the right to participate in the upcoming Balkan and European championships.
Balkan was held on 9 May 2014 in Zajecar (Serbia). There he took the gold again. A few days later at the European Championships in the city of Santa Susanna (Spain), he ranked fourth.
In 2016 Zhivko Petkov debuted in a bodybuilding category up to 90 kilograms. On 23.05.16 the Plovdiv Zhivko tournament was ranked third in Scandinavian judo. But it did not break him, on the contrary, he gave him even more strength and desire for victory. Two weeks later at the European Championship in Spain, Zhivko became a European champion in the bodybuilding category up to 90 kilograms.
With his clever and methodical work, gifted with an enormous amount of zeal and his perfectionism, Jivko achieved something that many only days before considered impossible - a silver medal from the championship of the Old Continent ever since his debut appearance in a bodybuilding category up to 90kg!
Winner of the new knowledge in this beautiful sport, Zhivko emerged among a number of well-known names, with many years of experience on stage. It's no accident at all. A born winner, long before he was on the stage, he slowly and methodically studied the training methodologies, diet plans, and recovery. Experimenting in this direction gave him the knowledge he needed to become a great champion.
The results were not delayed - a wave of a wave of his clients, achieving results that they hardly thought they could achieve. All this could not be overlooked by some of the greatest names in Bulgarian bodybuilding. They saw this uncut diamond, which was already ready to enter the sport with a bang and crash.
Zhivko currently works as a freelance trainer in Stara Zagora. His work with people has taught him something very important.
